Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or using services provided by MOMO & CO, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Payment

A 30% retainer is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled session date unless otherwise agreed.

All rates are subject to change at any time. Once a session is booked, the agreed rate is locked in.

The retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the client.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a client needs to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date based on availability. Rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.

Session Details

Sessions are sold as full units and may not be split. Custom sessions include up to five (5) people unless otherwise specified. Additional participants may incur an added fee.

Clients are responsible for any venue fees, permits, or location-related costs.

Travel

A travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 minutes from the 98012 zip code.

Delivery

Portrait session galleries are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks. Wedding and event galleries are delivered within 4–6 weeks. Delivery timelines may vary depending on project scope.

Usage & Copyright

All images are the intellectual property of MOMO & CO. Clients receive a personal-use license for delivered images. Images may not be altered, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission. MOMO & CO reserves the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments & Fees

Applicable Washington State sales tax will be added where required. A 3.6% processing fee applies to payments made via certain digital payment platforms (e.g., Venmo, Square).

Liability

MOMO & CO will take all reasonable care in providing services and safeguarding delivered content. In the unlikely event of circumstances beyond control (equipment failure, illness, acts of nature), liability is limited to the amount paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
