1. How do I book a session with Momo & Co?
Simply reach out through the contact form with your listing details, timeline, and any specific needs. From there, we’ll recommend the best package for your property and coordinate scheduling directly with you.
This ensures every shoot is tailored to the home and your marketing goals.
2. What is your turnaround time?
Photography is typically delivered within 24 hours. Video turnaround is usually 24–48 hours, depending on the scope and type of video. Every delivery is fully edited and optimized for MLS and marketing use.
Rush delivery may be available when needed for an additional fee.
If you’re working on a tight timeline, just let us know—We’ll do our best to accommodate.
3. What should I do to prepare the home?
A clean, decluttered, and staged space makes all the difference. We recommend:
- Clearing countertops and personal items
- Turning on all lights
- Opening blinds and curtains
- Ensuring the home is show-ready before arrival
If needed, We are happy to provide a prep checklist.
4. How long does a typical shoot take?
Most photography sessions take 45–90 minutes depending on the size of the home. If video, drone, or twilight are included, We’ll plan the timing accordingly so everything flows efficiently.
We aim to keep the process smooth and minimally disruptive.
5. Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
Not at all. As long as the property is photo-ready and access has been arranged, we can take care of the shoot without you needing to be there. Most agents provide access through a contractor box, key box, or coordinated entry instructions.
We’ll let you know when we arrive, secure the property when we leave, and send the finished media as soon as it’s ready.
6. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
Weather can impact exterior, drone, and twilight media. If conditions aren’t ideal, we’ll work with you to adjust the plan or reschedule exterior portions so the property is captured at its best. Drone work is especially weather-dependent and generally requires safe, dry conditions.
